PAZHAM PORI PAZHAM PORI (BANANA FRITTERS) Ingredients: Refined Flour (Maida) - 2 cup Rice flour - 1 tbsp Ripe Kerala Banana - 6 (Do not use too riped bananas) Sugar-5 to 6 tbsp OR as per your taste Salt - a pinch Oil - for frying (Coconut or Sunflower oil) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Water - As required Method: Prepare the batter by mixing maida, rice flour, sugar, salt, turmeric powder by adding 2 cups and little more water. Mix them well with your hands or whip with a blender to a medium consistency. Check the sugar. Make it more or less as per your taste. The batter should be thicker than dosa batter. Peel and cut the banana into small sizes as per your choice. I have divided into four long slice and then made half of it. Heat oil in medium flame. Then dip each banana slice into the batter and carefully put it into the hot oil. Oil should not be too hot.Otherwise banana will burn as soon as we dip the banana into the oil.
